About This Project

Pira Delal or Dalal bridge has always been more than a bridge, it is a symbol of connection, movement, and gathering within Kurdish culture. For generations, it connected people, stories, and everyday life. This project translates the spirit of Pira Delal into a contemporary mall design. Rather than creating a closed commercial space, the mall is envisioned as a modern urban bridge that connects people, experiences, and social activities through flowing circulation, open gathering spaces, and visual connections. Inspired by the idea of crossing and interaction, the design transforms the mall into more than a shopping destination — a place where movement, community, and culture come together.
